Luxury Brand Service Advisor

Experienced Luxury Brand Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers during service visits, managing appointments, documenting vehicle needs, and providing customer support. They are responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by facilitating efficient service and providing accurate information about repairs and maintenance.


*Key Responsibilities:*

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling appointments, confirming with customers, and managing the flow of vehicles in the service lane.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide clear explanations of service procedures.
  • Repair Orders and Estimates: Writing repair orders, generating cost estimates, and explaining them to customers.
  • Communication: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle, providing updates, and responding to inquiries.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Up-Selling: Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services and parts, contributing to dealership sales goals
  • Coordination with Technicians and Parts: Working with technicians and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of repairs and delivery of the vehicle.
  • Cashier Duties: Handling payments and invoices for completed repairs.

Client Advisor (Sales Position)

*We are looking for a charismatic and driven Sales Associate to join our rapidly growing dealership.* This is a position for someone who wants to be the master of their destiny with unlimited and uncapped commission potential. You fight to win every deal and are tenacious in the face of adversity. You will build upon the strong foundation of our customer base, as well as manage and develop your book of business. You have a passion for all things related to marketing, customer service and business development. You are a self-starter, driven to achieve and have a passion for delivering for the customer.


*Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:*

  • Possess solid understanding of retail sales.
  • Generate client-acquisition activities from a variety of sources.
  • Perform daily, effective communication with established clients and prospects.
  • Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve established goals and objectives on monthly basis.
  • Professionally demonstrate products, technology and services.
  • Always conduct yourself ethically and treat each customer and fellow associates with respect.
  • Portray an enthusiastic presence and have ability to smile constantly while with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork with fellow associates

*Qualifications of the Sales Associate:*

  • Previous automotive sales experience a plus, but not required.
  • Proven track record of sales performance.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and practices.
  • Performance driven and results-oriented mentality.
  • Portray an enthusiastic presence and have ability to smile constantly while with customers.
  • Enjoy a team environment with continuous improvement and self-education.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Valid state of residence driver’s license.

Parts Counter Sales

We have a rare opening in our parts department for an experienced parts counterman. Our liberal compensation plan would be commensurate with your prior experience. We offer all the standard industry benefits, either included in the compensation plan or available additionally.
